Sedona's Broken Arrow 4x4 Trail

Before Christmas, we took out the Jeep to explore one of Sedona's 4x4 trails. It was amazing. The area around Sedona (about 2 hours north of Phoenix) is known for its red rock scenery which has been featured in many Hollywood movies.
The sandstone formations glow in brilliant red colors during sunset. We timed our visit in late afternoon to enjoy the beautiful sunset colors and weren't alone. The car maker LandRover was shooting a commercial for its new Discovery line.
