Saguaro lake
Continuing my exploration of the Phoenix area, I visited Saguaro lake.

The river starts its journey in the White mountains in eastern Arizona near the border with New Mexico. On its way to the Phoenix area, four dams create four lakes. This the final lake before the Salt river reaches Mesa in eastern Phoenix.
It's a beautiful lake surrounded by fun hiking trails. Needless to say, I'll be back. Especially since the wild horses call the Salt river basin their home!
