Ever wonder what happens when we're not watching?
Here's footage from a camera trap along a deserted stretch of a salmon-filled creek in Southeast Alaska, recorded this past summer.
I spent a couple of months in Southeast Alaska this summer to photograph the wildlife that relies on the annual salmon runs. For a few weeks, I hung a motion camera along a quiet stretch of a creek, away from roads and people.
Fun and amazing to watch as bears not only stop by on all hours of the day and night to eat salmon ... but also play with their food!
The following are two compilations made up of many 20 sec - videos recorded by the motion-triggered video camera.
