This female grizzly shared a tender moment with her newborn cub in the National Forest in Jackson Hole, a few miles outside of the Grand Teton National Park borders in Wyoming.
Due to unknown circumstances, the cub has recently gotten separated from her mom. The latest news from the field is that the cub is doing well (hunting voles and grazing grass) but it's a tough existence with low survival rate for a young bear cub like her. Fingers crossed!
