Moody Eagle

Whenever the weather is bad, it's more fun to stay warm and dry at home.

That being said, it is also a great time to go out for wildlife photography.

Most often, the hard shadows and bright light of a blue sky day are not the greatest for dramatic wildlife images.

Here's some of my favorite images of eagles I found in the rain forest of Southeastern Alaska, sitting around waiting for salmon to swim by, on very rainy and gloomy days this past summer.

How many eagles can you find?
