Thanks to you, I get to do what I love: spend time in nature photographing wildlife and share my images / write articles to keep raising awareness for nature and wildlife that needs our help.

In 2025, I found myself photographing the winter birds along New Mexico's Rio Grande followed by April through June in Grand Teton and Yellowstone. After a late June visit to Wyoming's wild horses at Pryor Mountain, I spent July through September photographing brown bears in Alaska and British Columbia. Late September through October found me once again in the Rocky Mountains to photograph the ever amazing moose and elk mating seasons. Since November, I've been back home in New Mexico where I've been photographing the thousands of Sandhill cranes and Snow geese that winter here along the Rio Grande.

Keep an eye on my website and social media (links below) if you're interested in attending a photo workshop in 2026. I'll be continuing doing day and multi-day winter workshops here in New Mexico until the birds migrate north in February-March as well as multi-day photo workshops in Yellowstone and Grand Teton in spring and fall.
